As the director of an active unit you will be responsible for developing projects, building teams of volunteers to carry out projects, promoting and advertising the BWF, and participating in BWF activities. 

As a director of a support unit you will be foccused on market activities, primarily selling and distributing goods, providing services, advertising, and marketing. You will also work directly with program directors to budget the projects you are financing.
